Learn how to create 2D approval and workshop drawings directly from the ShipConstructor 3D model. These drawings are created in AutoCAD DWG format and remain associatively linked to the 3D model. This means that they can be easily updated as changes happen through the life of the project. The error reduction and time savings are therefore significant. In this class, you will learn how to: · Set up MarineDrafting (layers, blocks, line styles, view creation settings) · Create MarineDrafting Drawings · Create MarineDrafting Views (Manual and Automatic) · Create Background Views SSI Certified Training Information: · The MarineDrafting Class is an elective class in the SSI Certified Training Hull and Structure Course and the Outfitting Course. · Prerequisite (if Certificate is desired): ShipConstructor Essentials
